Twin Mania!

Maybe I'm slightly sensitive to the topic, but it seems out of control lately the number of celebrities pregnant with twins. Also, pretty peculiar that they all happen to have boy/girl twins.It's not that it can't happen, but the odds are so slim...much less the odds of this happening to all of them? It's almost like they hand picked their embryos! Between JLo, Anige and Brad, Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O Connel, and now Lisa Marie Presley.....the list starts to go on and on. And they ALL deny any fertility treatments!!! It just seems so odd to me that all these celebrities, who are in their mid 30's or above just happen to be getting preggo with twins....one boy and one girl none the less. It wouldn't be so bad if maybe at least one of them could fess up and admit to fertility treatments, give IVF a little credit, and make the rest of us infertiles feel like we're in good company. Who knows what the truth is, but I found this article the other day when I was reading "JJ's Blog." She's a writer for Redbook that battles infertility and is pregnant herself from IVF. Thought I'd share the humor! It made me smile at least. :)
