Oh, how I love you tacos! I love the smell, the texture, the combination of ingredients....mmmm. Last night at my school they had a Mexican Fiesta Family Fun Night and I thought I was going to have to knock some little kids out of the way to get my tacos. They were delish! I was thinking about them all day, so after school I went straight to Taco Bell. So healthy, right? But hey, I figure the shell is my carbs, the meat is my protein, the lettuce and guac are my veggies, and the cheese and sour cream are my dairy! Sounds pretty balanced to me. :) I still can't stand chicken but taco beef is alright by me!

On another note, I just wrapped up my 2nd week of school. I feel so lucky to have job that I really do love. Of course it has its moments, but overall I enjoy what I do each day and I love learning about new things to try in the classroom. Somehow I am managing to stay really organized and on top of my planning this year, and still actually leave by 4 each day. It's great! I've been going in a little earlier than I used to, but it's working out well. I am so excited for this 3 day weekend to get some rest, wrap up some homework, and hopefully find a few new clothes for this growing bump of mine.
