Things that Make You Go Hmmm....
I'm a person who's often inspired by words...I love quotes, scriptures, lyrics, poems--anything with a powerful message! Just when I needed it, these words came from my pastor's mouth this past Sunday in his sermon. It's almost like it was sent down from above to smack me right in the face, as a reminder! :) "When we are suffering, we have a choice. We can focus on our Savior or our suffering. It's amazing how all too often, we forget we actually have a choice."

This entry really touched me, Keli. I've been making a conscious effort to be more proactive in growing spiritually this year and I'm finding messages hit me upside the head all the time these days. I'm sure they always were, I was just moving too fast to hear them. Putting Him first more often has made me feel more positive about everything, both big and small, and it has the trickle effect on all those around me (both big and small, too, if you know who I mean). You're in my daily prayers. Aunt Beth:)
